We charge a low daily rate that actually saves you more than paying hourly. With Bounce, you can relax knowing you're not on the clock, adding up extra fees with every passing hour.
Bounce accepts all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Additionally, you can use payment platforms like PayPal and Apple Pay. All online transactions are processed securely for your peace of mind. Be aware that cash is not accepted, and only online transactions offer bag protection.
Plans change, we get it! If you need to change or cancel your booking for any reason, the best way to do it is from your booking details page in the Bounce app. You can edit the dates, drop-off and pick-up times, and number of bags. You can also cancel your booking or rebook at a nearby store. If you can't find your booking details, check the email address you used to make your booking. You can change your booking by following the link there, or reach out to us if you need support.
Yes! If you change your mind, you can cancel your booking anytime before your drop-off time for a full refund. Cancel more than 1 hour before drop-off and we'll refund your original payment method. Cancel less than 1 hour before and your refund goes to Bounce credits. We never charge cancellation fees.
