Discover Bergamo luggage storage

Everything went smoothly and flawlessly. The gentleman at the venue was very kind and quickly provided me with the most important information. The place closes for a while between 2 and 3 PM, but that wasn't a problem for me.

Very friendly woman on the reception desk that helped us to book the service. Availablility 24/7 is a big plus

Friendly staff, quick and efficient drop off & pick up. The bags were kept at a hotel reception, so very secure. Quote a long walk from the airport as you need to walk through the whole parking lot of the shopping centre. Cheaper than airport storage.

Easy to find, kept care of our belongings. Recommend

Really nice people. And the ice cream is great too

"Great services! It's the perfect solution if you want to visit the city relaxed, without worrying about your luggage. 10+ safety, and the kindness of the staff impressed me pleasantly. I recommend it to everyone!"

Fast and professional

Staff was very friendly and polite. Both processes were easy and secure! Would definitely use again

Zero problems, fast service! A lot of space to sit and repack, there is also a clean toilet on site. Worth the walk from the airport!

Nice location, reliable place to have a drop off

Lovely lady helped us out today. Conveniently located by train and ferry.

Everything was great. Highly recommend it!

A perfect and safe place to store your luggage. The process went very smoothly.

Excellent storage space

A very good luggage storage location in Bergamo. The service at the cafe is very pleasant. The entire process is quick and simple. We show the staff the code on our phone that we received when booking. Then we take a photo of the baggage claim number, which the staff will then provide. We'll need it to claim our luggage. That's all. There, we can also change clothes before our flight and enjoy a good coffee.

Excellent, right by the funicular in citta alta. Perfect

Lovely staff, all very friendly. Highly recommend this location.

Staff were lovely and communication was great

Simple and easy. Our bags were very secure.

Easy drop off and pick up, and grabbed a delicious coffee while we were at it.

The “locker” is actually the back room of a four star hotel lobby so it makes you feel very secure in leaving your bag. Very professional, super easy to drop the bags, and not expensive at all. 10/10

Really good and so close to bus stop for the airport

Great! Very friendly staff, you can use the restroom. The route from the airport is poorly marked but Google guided me nicely.

Great! Small place, but the people are very friendly and helpful!!

Everything is fine, thank you

Beautiful staff, gorgeous place, safe and fully controlled. One of best places we used with Bounce!

I recommend it, everything was quick and easy :)

Location given after making the booking with a link to get to it. It was very easy to find with clear signage on the window. Its a mobile, sim card, internet shop. Staff attended to me promptly despite having other customers, very polite. Presented QR code to drop off and collect. Felt very secure. Thank you.

Very convenient. Shop looks a bit dodgy on the way in but the owner was very friendly and professional and my bags were well looked after.

Very helpful and accommodating
