Nice service and not expensive for storage luggage when you have a long layover in Bergamo. It's much cheaper than the alternative that you're offered at the exit of the airport. Like 15 mins walking distance if you follow Google Maps. The service is located inside the hotel. The drop off and pick up is quite easy thanks to the hotel staff.

No problem. The only downside is that you have to walk a bit... around the Orio al Serio shopping center, from the airport to the NH hotel (luggage can be left at the hotel reception).

Everything was perfect. They accepted my bags using the QR code and PIN generated by the online service. Then they gave me a baggage number and asked me to take a photo of it. They later returned my bags based on the photo.

Hotel were super friendly and process was very quick. Its about a 20 min return walk from the airport even though it shows as over the road (You can't cross until much further down)

Hi we used bergamo airport NH hotel location. Everything is Good. Only reaching at NH hotel is really difficult with bags. No short excess.

Easy to book, a little confusing to find the car entrance off the approaching road but managed to find it. Staff were great on arrival, very polite. Would recommend using as good value for a piece of mind which enabled us to take a wonderful final day first visit to Bergamo old town which was a very pleasant surprise of beauty. Then a quick trip to the very nearby Oriocentre (basically a huge shopping centre next to the airport)

The staff working that night were very friendly. I was going to be in Italy for half a day and needed a place to store my luggage. I showed them the QR code, and they also gave me directions on how to get around the city, since it was the middle of the night. Then I went to collect my luggage with the tickets they showed me and returned to the airport. Excellent service! ☺️☺️✨
