Easy and smooth but plan some extra time to pick up - since it’s done by reception of the hotel, the might be busy with hotel guests (we almost missed the airport bus due to waiting)

I only found it based on a photo of the hotel door; I didn't see a blue sign or sticker. Dropped it off and picked it up quickly, good service. I'm happy with everything.
