A nice café with good coffee and a luggage storage point. There's also a place to change before or after your trip. Make a reservation in the Bounce app. You'll then receive a code to show to the café staff. Then, you take a picture of the luggage numbers that will be attached to your luggage. This will be needed for later baggage claim. And that's it. You can explore Bergamo. The café is open from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The staff is very friendly. I 100% recommend it.

A very good luggage storage location in Bergamo. The service at the cafe is very pleasant. The entire process is quick and simple. We show the staff the code on our phone that we received when booking. Then we take a photo of the baggage claim number, which the staff will then provide. We'll need it to claim our luggage. That's all. There, we can also change clothes before our flight and enjoy a good coffee.

The location is great for the train station, just across the road. The people were efficient and friendly and they checked the bags in and out properly. The only thing was that they were a little late opening which meant we had to wait around a bit.

Staff attended to me promptly despite having other customers, very polite. Presented QR code to drop off and collect. Felt very secure. Thank you.

Very convenient. Shop looks a bit dodgy on the way in but the owner was very friendly and professional and my bags were well looked after.

The Bounce link to this address is wrong!! Try Googling the name of the shop instead. It's about 1-2min walk away. Other wise people were helpful

The staff was very friendly, they spoke some English but not much, but they were super nice and polite. We picked up the luggage at 17:30 on Sunday as indicated by the app, despite that on Google maps the restaurant shows as first open at 18:30. All was fine. Positive experience. Would recommend them.
