We didn't expected that luggage storage would be in Cafe, but at the and it was smooth and servicable

They were very kind and helpful showing us how to make the reservation. It was all very quick and easy.

you book it online and pay for it.. they send you the address and you take your luggage... for a cabin suitcase 4.90e plus tax around 6.70e for the whole day... it's worth it than carrying your suitcase through the narrow cobblestone streets of the old city..

The Bounce location is at the reception in NH Bergamo Hotel, it was a little difficult to find because Google maps pins the location to the Chinese restaurant next to the hotel. The reception staff was very helpful, the service was very fast. I would definitely use this again.

This is a hotel with good reception area so you can sit and rest a little, and it is quite central.

The staff was very friendly, they spoke some English but not much, but they were super nice and polite. We picked up the luggage at 17:30 on Sunday as indicated by the app, despite that on Google maps the restaurant shows as first open at 18:30. All was fine. Positive experience. Would recommend them.
