Really easy! Staff are really friendly, luggage drop off is straightforward - you take a picture of your luggage tag, and show that to collect your items later in the day. All in all, it's secure and I would recommend

Unusual storage in a nice café, but compared to the terrible and mostly occupied lockers in Germany, personal, uncomplicated and safe

I used the café's Bounce luggage storage service, which worked perfectly and was reasonably priced. The service was super friendly, and we then had something to eat and drink in the attractive café. A recommendation for those who, like us, still had a day in Bergamo before their flight that evening. Bus number 1 to the airport is only about 5 minutes away.

A great solution for storing luggage, you can quickly and efficiently take care of the formalities (reservation + payment) by phone. The cafe has very nice service, it is worth taking advantage of the opportunity, have a coffee and eat something sweet :)

At first, I couldn't find the place; it's the same cafe where you leave your luggage. Everything was great, the staff was very friendly.

Some locals got me onto the Bounce app and storing my bag was so easy. I had been thinking I would have to walk all the way to the train station but the cafe was much closer to my accommodation - just 300 metres away. It was a great tip! The staff were excellent, very kind. One particular staff member was a standout. I think she often helps English speaking travelers as her English language skills were the best amongst the staff I encountered. My phone was very low on charge when I returned to collect my bag in the afternoon which made it tricky as I needed to access maps to find my way around the city and to determine the best way to the train station for my train to Milan. It was no issue to charge it at the cafe (a staff member even lent me her charger as my Euro one was not compatible with the Italian sockets). Highly recommend booking through Bounce and be sure to also enjoy coffee and sweet treats at Caffe Tiraboschi. Thank you!
