  • It is nice to drop the luggage with a hotel front desk which is accessible 24 hours with a flat fee. It is much better than using luggage storage place with self service boxes. The online booking system is easy and smooth. Highly recommended!

  • The Bounce location is at the reception in NH Bergamo Hotel, it was a little difficult to find because Google maps pins the location to the Chinese restaurant next to the hotel. The reception staff was very helpful, the service was very fast. I would definitely use this again.
