It's so convenient to store your luggage and go shopping without having to worry about anything else. The shop assistants are also very friendly, and they take very good care of your luggage.

Employees were very nice to me. They helped me a lot by keeping two large luggage that I had.

Google Maps location is a bit confusing, was able to follow another review to find the right place. Big echo karaoke on the second floor! Very easy to store bags and walk around!

Very nice shop owners, very close to Narita Station - you can use the elevator on the side exit and you reach the storagge after 20m on the right side. Big storage place, tidy and trustworthy! Transaction via Bounce easy and comfortable. Can totally recommend it

A very convenient luggage storage facility right next to JR Narita Station. Everything went quickly and smoothly, and the staff was very friendly and spoke English fluently, which really made things easier. I recommend it to anyone traveling through Narita.

Bounce was a very easy, convenient option for storing my luggage for a few hours while in Narita, killing time before my late flight. While all of the lockers at the train station were full, Bounce was a great nearby option for me to use. Great service!

Very wonderful and patient, let me charge my phone just enough to get checked in. However it is a small booth and I felt bad leaving my large checked bag even just for a day.
