- Quick process, good communication. Luggage is stored inside the shop in a corner. The shop isn't very busy, but given how safe Thailand is, that's not a problem. Everything was excellent.

- The welcome was excellent and the staff were top-notch, but I didn't find it easily; there's a sign on Sukhumvit Road, but it's located above a weed shop, so it wasn't easy to find, and the GPS wasn't clear.

- This is the first time I have used a luggage storing facility and everything worked out fine. The location was in the basement of Bangkok airport which was convenient. We were able to easily drop our bags off and they were there for us 10 days later at the appointed time. I can't comment on cost because I wasn't able to shop around prior to purchase. We were pleased with the experience and the staff were pleasant and helpful.
