  • If you follow the instructions Bounce provides, it is very simple to get your locker. It’s expensive but so is everything else around here as far as i know.

  • The drop off and pick up process was smooth but the communication with the staff on the app was never reachable or no response. It's difficult to find the store at mixt chatuchak as the name of the shop is money send which was nowhere mentioned on the booking. You need to walk a long way inside the mall to drop or pick up your luggage, so have sufficient time.
