Easy to find on the basement floor of the airport near to the train station exit. There is also staff from the airport around at all times so you can ask them as well unlike if we were looking for a street location. Nice staff who let us weigh our baggage for free and our bags were safe when we returned after 6 hours. Reasonable price for a easier way of transitting in Bangkok.

It was easy to find the place although a bit tricky to get to from the train station as you need to walk around the block and then off the road. I had to extend my storage duration by a day which was straight forward and super easy to do.

I didn't know you could drop off your suitcases before going on a trip, and thanks to Bounce I was able to drop off my suitcase and leave without being bothered by heavy luggage, and above all, save money on plane tickets. A great experience, easy to find, and a good team.

I used the main Bangkok airport for my storage and it was a little hard to find on initial drop off as not everyone knew where it was but once I found it easy to navigate in and out of airport. Easy drop off and pick up and cost me just $203 cdn for 5 weeks storage which I felt was great. Most domestic flights within Thailand have limited weight allowance would highly recommend this service.

Great place to store bags in BKK airport. Walk toward hotel on the basement level. When you see Seven-11 turn right and stay to left where train entrance is on right going down toward hotel. Staff was very friendly and organized. They tag all bags with booking name.

From booking to leaving our luggage and picking it up again the process was very swift and easy. The kind person welcoming us, was very helpful and understanding when we needed shelter whilst the rain was pouring before our departure. The fact, that the train to the airport is on the opposite site of the street is just extremely convenient and allowed us to enjoy another half day in the city of Bangkok, without dragging our luggage before our flight.

Good value storage app. First time I used it, I found it easy to use, and found a location in sathon close to my future hotel for my 2nd suitcase, whilst I limited myself to 1 suitcase for my visit to Vietnam for 5 nights. The shop took my suitcase and looked after it until I returned. Faultless experience. No doubt I will use this in future.

I had to leave for another city all of a sudden and didn’t have a place to store my belongings. I came across this app, and it was incredibly easy to book it took me less than 5 minutes. I initially booked storage for 5 days, but when my plans changed, I reduced it by 3 days, and the process was just as simple. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout. Quick process, good communication. Luggage is stored inside the shop in a corner. The shop isn't very busy, but given how safe Thailand is, that's not a problem. Everything was excellent.

Easy walk from Makkasan station (if you exit to the west and walk in the shade of the parking garage - then hop the train tracks and ur there). Pickup and drop-off exactly as expected. Would use again
