Discover Quebec City luggage storage

I had booked for 9 am and the shop wasn't open when I arrived, but the young man who greeted me was very kind. I was able to drop off and pick up my suitcase very easily. The shop is very well located for luggage storage.

Great location if you're heading to a cruise as rideshare or taxi would be a straight shot. The woman running the counter and the store, I'm sorry I can't remember her first name because it's been a crazy day of traveling, was amazing and super kind. My only suggestion would be to have some sort of ticket system to identify luggage. Or someone could mistakenly or even intentionally take the wrong luggage (they do take a picture at the time of drop off so that's definitely a safety precaution). But in general an outstanding experience from drop off to pick up. I absolutely would recommend.

The location was easy to find, and communication was very convenient! My luggage was safely stored in a locked room, and the staff were very helpful.

Perfect location in the old town

Easy to find. Friendly service. Took pictures of our bags stored in small storage room and locked. Using again for checkout day. A little pricey because only used for 3 hours, but worth peace of mind.
