Top 10 Bounce luggage storage locations in Quebec City

Great location in relation to the shops, restaurants, and historical landmarks (be prepared to walk up an incline to get to the shop, if you're on foot)! Someone checked our confirmation and tagged our bags within moments, and pickup easily was similar. There might not be someone at the front counter when you walk in, but don't worry-- they'll step out to greet you! We were able to enjoy a few more hours in Quebec thanks to this service.

We had an exceptional experience with Cyclo Services. We arrived to Quebec City by train and had 4 hours before we could check into our Air B&B. It was a convenient walk from the train station and we were able to store our things and walk to a wonderful place for crepes for lunch, sightsee and then return for our baggage. It was raining lightly by then and the gentleman there was so kind to us to let us wait in his shop, gave us great directions and info about the area. I would highly recommend them, it worked out great for us!

Emilie, the store owner, was amazing! She was very capable and friendly. We felt that our luggage was secure and safe in her hands. HQ Tourism Services is located very near the cruise port and was convenient to galleries, museums and eateries. I couldn't recommend it more highly!

Hike to get the store was a bit brutal but everything else was smooth. The store did not even ask for a booking confirmation or anything. I do with there was more security, no ID or anything was checked when we picked up. Made me feel like anyone could have picked up our bags.

We returned a little late due to missing a bus and they very graciously waited for us. They were kind and friendly even though we inconvenienced them. We are so grateful for their kindness and patience.
