Luggage storage Old Quebec

Perfect for a traveler during a sightseeing trip...

This service was easy and staff was very nice!

Very kind staff and friendly

Was very pleased to have tried Bounce for the first time in Old Quebec. The staff member was extremely helpful and process went smoothly. A great option for temporary storage.

Drop off and pickup went off without a hitch.

Super easy to find and drop off bags. Staff very friendly

Perfect place to store bags a short walk from the station! There is a hill leading up to it if you are approaching from the north but nothing we had an issue with (although we are fit 30 year olds with just backpacks). Very secure as the staff store the bags in an area only they can access. The person who served us was such a lovely friendly guy as well. Super easy booking via Bounce.

Friendly Service. Quick and easy

Really easy, great service. Would do again!

Attendant was very friendly and helpful

Easy to find and great service 👌

Easy drop off and pickup. Convenient location. Pleasant staff. Highly recommend.

Easy drop off and pickup. Convenient location. Pleasant staff.

Very easy process and shop keepers are helpful. Shop is on a hill so just be sure to be dropped off at right location so you don’t have to carry luggage up hill. Felt very safe leaving our bags for day and they are open late so we loved convenience of that. Great experience!

Had not prepared booked. Showed up and he helped us sign in and took our bag for the afternoon. It was great.

Drop off seemed like we were a hassle to the guy working the shop. But we are new bounce users so that could've been on us. Otherwise they seemed to go above and beyond.

Simple and efficient. We were confident our bags would be safe and secure.

The location it’s more than perfect if you planning to go around the old Quebec

The store caught me off guard, its actually a small convience store / coffee shop but they have luggage storage at the back - it seemed sketchy but it was perfectly fine and our bags were safe. I'd use them again.

The location was great, right off a main drag (albeit up a pretty steep hill). The shop workers were very easy and the whole process of both storing and retrieving was only a few minutes. The shop was really cute so make sure to plan a few minutes to browse.

Great location. Great price.

Easy to find near Quebec City Central Station (Gare du Palais). Bike rental business.

Super convenient! Immediate service, we were able to enjoy our last day in Quebec City without having to lug our suitcases around. I highly recommend Cyclo Services. Excellent! 👌

Easy to book, very easy drop off and pick up. The shop owner was very nice! Will definitely use again

A little tricky to find but great friendly and efficient drop and pick up

Safe location and super close to the train/bus station! The staff member who helped us was very friendly and welcoming.
