Easy to locate, pre booking and paying was a breeze. Friendly staff made drop off and pick up very easy and convenient. Saved us from shlepping our luggage through the old city, until we could access our loft later that day!

It's a bicycle shop, but the place seemed very safe and the service was great. Everything worked very well. The only problem is the closing time, which, depending on your needs, can be very early, as the shop closes at 5 pm.

Excellent location, a travel agency within walking distance of the Gare du Palais and the cruise ship terminal, with great service and a clean bathroom.

Way easier than I expected as I've never used a service like this before. Walking distance to all the touristy spots. Easy to find. Got my bag back safe and sound.

The staff member was incredibly kind and considerate and for having googled where could I leave my bag so I don’t have to drag it around town you guys are amazing. This was the perfect place to store our bags before our cruise so we could explore the city. Staff was friendly and I felt confident that my belongings were in good hands.

Conveniently located next to the cruise terminal. It is about a 20 minute walk so we actually took a cab would have walked but one of us had a recent injury. Everything went very well. They had plenty of storage. They were able to give us directions to hop on hop off which the first stop is right down the street. Pickup was easy. I highly recommend very cordial.
