This baggage drop off location was very close to Quebec’s old town and it was an easy location for uber pick up after exploring the area. It saved us hours of walking around with luggage! Thank you for this terrific and economical service!

Great service, would definitely recommend. The store the bags in a locked room! And the process with the staff and the bounce app was easy and smooth.

Very easy process and shop keepers are helpful. Shop is on a hill so just be sure to be dropped off at right location so you don’t have to carry luggage up hill. Felt very safe leaving our bags for day and they are open late so we loved convenience of that. Great experience!

Had not prepared booked. Showed up and he helped us sign in and took our bag for the afternoon. It was great.

Drop off seemed like we were a hassle to the guy working the shop. But we are new bounce users so that could've been on us. Otherwise they seemed to go above and beyond.

The store caught me off guard, its actually a small convience store / coffee shop but they have luggage storage at the back - it seemed sketchy but it was perfectly fine and our bags were safe. I'd use them again.
