Luggage storage Vieux-Quebec Montcalm

This is the first time I’ve ever used this service. The staff member was incredibly kind and considerate and for having googled where could I leave my bag so I don’t have to drag it around town you guys are amazing. I hope I continue to find you all over the place thanks for the great service especially when it is raining. 100% happy

This was the perfect place to store our bags before our cruise so we could explore the city. Staff was friendly and I felt confident that my belongings were in good hands.

Conveniently located next to the cruise terminal. It is about a 20 minute walk so we actually took a cab would have walked but one of us had a recent injury. Everything went very well. They had plenty of storage. They were able to give us directions to hop on hop off which the first stop is right down the street. Pickup was easy. I highly recommend very cordial.

Emilie, the store owner, was amazing! She was very capable and friendly. We felt that our luggage was secure and safe in her hands. HQ Tourism Services is located very near the cruise port and was convenient to galleries, museums and eateries. I couldn't recommend it more highly!

Very friendly and helpful treatment, this place is a few meters from the cruise port. They offered us help with whatever we needed.

He helped us install the RTC payment app to pay for the bus ride to the airport and wrote down what buses to take and where to transfer.

The location was absolutely perfect... only one block away from the nearest bus stop. Staff was very friendly and spoke French, English, and Spanish.

People at the location were amazing! Prompt service, very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Only knocked it down to 4 stars because app was a bit confusing and didn’t like that address for locations was only available AFTER booking was confirmed. Would have been helpful to give information about what was in surrounding area by walking distance sing several different locations in the city where available to choose from. Also, we rushed back early because the app sent me notifications that the store was closing but it was actually open for an additional hour. Left a perfectly good Sangria have drunk at the bar over that!
