Truly above and beyond. The team here are very kind and friendly. Check in was super easy. I booked online only a few moments before showing up and there were no problems. Safe locker cubicles with keys. I actually got sea urchin in my foot and the people here helped remove it safely! Couldn’t thank them enough. Please consider this place for your luggage storage needs, advice and sea urchin removal medical advice! 10/10!!!!!!

I'm very happy with the place. It's conveniently located and has good opening hours. I was most pleased with the security. My luggage was stored in a locker, and I was given a receipt so I could get my luggage back.

The host was incredibly helpful, kind, and incredibly secure. Using the Bounch system requires some caution.

First time that I used Bounce. Drop off and pick up were good outside of the employees having difficulty getting into the garage.

The hotel felt safe and staff was very friendly. The only complaint is that they did not close out my bounce reservation and I nearly was charged extra for it.

The location is easy to find and easily accessible (it's worth noting the "break" during the day, but these hours shouldn't be a problem for anyone). The process went smoothly, both dropping off and picking up the luggage. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Drop off was easy as, as well as finding the place. Super close to the train station if you have time to kill in the city before a flight or next train.

The location fit our need well. Drop-off and Pick-up went smooth.

Drop off and pick up was super easy. Friendly staff, good food and drinks, free entertainment (my main server Gabby (prob short for Gabriel) fancies himself a singer and gave me an interesting history lesson about music and Sicily).

Great place to store your luggage! I used this service during my visit to the city and was pleasantly surprised. The staff greeted me with a smile, handled everything efficiently, and had absolutely no trouble communicating in English, which was very important to me. The location is also a huge plus — situated right near Catania Centrale, it’s incredibly convenient whether you’re arriving by train or just exploring the city centre before picking up your car. I felt completely at ease knowing my belongings were in good hands. I will definitely be back next time!
