Straightforward

The store hours listed on the webpage are not accurate. The store was closed from 1pm-3pm but it did not state this on the webpage when I booked. The website allowed me to book a time slot for 1:30 but when we arrived, the place was closed until 3. We had an easy drop off/ pick up experience once the place opened again at 3pm but I wish I knew the hours ahead of time.

The owner was so so helpful. Catania train station has no place to store luggage and we had a four hour layover btw trains to Taormina. I never used Bounce but we were desperate. Across the road was a bunch of shops- Hollywood rental is next door to a bodega. The owner closes from 1-3:30 but our train was at 3:30. He came back early from his break just for us.

Since we had to pick up the luggages during closing time of the rental (14.30), they got stored in the back area of the nearby supermarket. the owner of the supermarket was not agreeeing and was complaining saying that it shouldn’t be allowed. Overall all went well but it was kind of a weird experience.
