Everything went perfectly. Friendly staff, quick help. I have nothing negative to say.

It was a very good experience. Not only did they store our luggage (they have a computer area and very good bathrooms), but when we returned to get it, it started pouring down with rain. We couldn't go outside, and the girl who ran the shop spent a good while trying to get us a taxi, but they wouldn't take us all the way to the train station because of the dangerous downhill path. We bought nylon ponchos from her, and she got us some raincoats from a shop across the street (with lemons, of course!), and so we hit the streets, with four large suitcases and four bags, under the rain, to the bus station, about 15 blocks away.

Super easy and seamless to do. Location is right in the center, very convenient to pickup/dropoff and the person there was very kind and helpful.

It was an extremely secure site which was centrally located in the old city of Taormina. Very close to a taxi station, which made our departure a breeze!

Great location and kind staff. We stored our baby's car seat here when visiting Taoromina on a day trip. It was so helpful to be able to store the car seat somewhere safe and not have to carry it around whilst enjoying Taormina.

Easy to process, central location, store owner spoke English which was really helpful, the store was open all day which was very convenient.

Easy to find, easy to book, great staff! Only downside is that they only have full day rates so it can be a little steep if you’re trying to store multiple bags for only a few hours.

Really friendly and good storage.

The only left luggage service in the city centre that I found open during the winter months. Quick and efficient. There’s a lunch break from 1 pm but aside from that the staff are always around.

The place is in the center. The lady who received it from me was super nice and willing. When I went to pick it up it was super fast. The truth is that it is very practical to be able to have this type of locker in the cities to be able to enjoy without weight on you.

The process was super easy and efficient. The woman working in the office was very helpful even on other matters other than the luggage. I highly recommend this company and location.

I didn't realise the office was closed over lunch and the staff made it possible to collect my bags despite this, so helpful!

I needed a place to leave my luggage after checking out of my accommodation so I could enjoy my last day in Taormina and I found this great place. We were very well looked after. The staff welcomed us very friendly and were quick both upon arrival and departure. Our luggage was well looked after and everything was exactly as we left it. I recommend it to anyone who is in Taormina and needs the convenience of this service. 10 out of 10.

Only advice: specify better that the shop does not have continuous opening hours

The team was great in accommodating us when we arrived even though they were closing for the afternoon break. They even allowed my wife to change her top in the back office as we had arrived there after a walk from the station up the hills all sweaty. Friendly staff and very accomodating.
