Storage location was nice and people very helpful but Bounce storage service is to expensive when you have a lot of bags. We had 7. I wouldn’t use it again.

Everything about this drop off was so great! Super quick and easy, and allowed us to explore freely for hours while waiting for friends to get into town.

Difficult to find the exact location. I did not expect the service to be in a cafe. Our luggage was not locked up in secured lockers. They were just put in an area with other luggage. The bags were only accessed by one person to keep some form of security. Nothing was damaged nor missing and the rate to pay was very good.

The gentlemen employees were great. Courteous, friendly, and accommodating. The female employee was unprofessional, passive aggressive, and reprimanded us.

My friend found Bounce as an option to store our luggage while in Palm Springs. It was super easy to sign up and very reasonably priced. We had a great day and didn't have to worry about leaving our belongings in our rental car. The staff at UPS Store were helpful, cheerful and helped us quickly. Can't recommend this service enough thank you Bounce!

Easy process but we had to wait in line for about 15 minutes. Very needed service.

What a great service! I was concerned that it could be a bait and switch since you had to pay in advance but the gamble paid off...the service is legit and gave us a space to stash our gear so we could check out of our place on time and still enjoy the sites before our plane took off. Thanks!
