drop off and pick up process so easy, they kept our 2 large bags so we could take planes to different islands and not pay for extra luggage fees. The price for storage was super reasonable too. Will definitely use bounce again.

Bags were placed in a secure room. The receptionists were helpful, they allowed me to access my bags to add things to it, and let me borrow the toilet

The location was a little difficult to find, which was confusing. I would appreciate clearer directions with photos. There were no particular problems with the handover process.

It was close to the Airbnb I had booked, and the staff were friendly. It was just as safe as a typical hotel luggage storage service.
