Everything was fine, but they opened late, not at 8 am.

Bags were placed in a secure room. The receptionists were helpful, they allowed me to access my bags to add things to it, and let me borrow the toilet

The location was a little difficult to find, which was confusing. I would appreciate clearer directions with photos. There were no particular problems with the handover process.

It was close to the Airbnb I had booked, and the staff were friendly. It was just as safe as a typical hotel luggage storage service.

The handover went smoothly, but I was surprised to find both of my checked suitcases wet. Thankfully, it was just water, and the contents of the suitcases were undamaged.

We left our suitcases for a weekend and were very well received by the staff. The suitcases are in a room at the back of the establishment with a padlock (the padlock is open during the day, but it's impossible to enter the room without passing by the staff).
