located inside NU Sentral mall on G floor - not difficult to find. After scanning the QR code our 3 suitcases were placed towards the back of the shop floor - not really secured ! Bear in mind this is a busy mail shop with lots of people coming and going to collect parcels, We collected the 3 suitcases a few hours later and they seem ok - so its fine this time.

The location was easy to find thanks to the clear directions provided. However, I was expecting my bag to be stored in a locked room, and that wasn't the case. It didn't feel like the most secure storage arrangement, which was a little disappointing. That said, I had no issues with either dropping off or collecting my bag, and the person who assisted me was very friendly and helpful.
