The staff are very friendly. If you walk from KL Sentral Station, it's a bit difficult as the roads are rough and there are slopes.

Contrary to some a couple of other reviews I read questioning the security of the luggage (and which worried me), I was given a ticket to identify my suitcase, which was required of me upon returning for it. Overall, I would recommend.
