  • The boss is very nice. After shopping, I came back to pick up my luggage and asked the boss to use the toilet. The boss was very willing to lend it to me. The luggage storage is on the second floor, so I need to move it.

  • Really easy and convenient service to use. Open 24 hours, easy check in and check out. The staff were friendly and efficient, and they let us refill our water and use the wifi to call a grab as we didn't have signal. 10/10 would recommend.

  • Convenient location, easy process and good communication. The only drawback is there is no lift, I had to carry my luggage walking all the way up and the stairs are narrow.

  • I take off one star because of the stairs, no one helps us to bring our luggage up knowing that the room to leave our luggage is upstairs. Also, when we collected our luggage, no one checked if it was ours or not.
