  • Super handy, easy to book and the place is easy to find. The staff in the restaurant were really friendly too! It’s about 50RM for 2 medium bags. We checked in a hand carry size luggage and a cabin zero bag pack.

  • It wasn't easy to find, being located on the fourth floor of a large shopping mall. I was able to find it with the help of a security guard inside the building. Initially, I was a bit confused because it was a pop-up store, but the friendly staff helped me check my luggage and pick it up after my tour. It was a great experience, and I plan to visit again.

  • The mall is so large that finding a place wasn't easy. There's a storage area inside the PubUp store. There are guards stationed throughout, so asking is quick. The staff were friendly, and they even labeled my luggage with a number, took a photo, and uploaded it to the app. It was a great experience. I'd love to use it again.

  • I highly recommend them! We went to the Perhentian Islands, and to avoid lugging our large suitcases around, we left them there for the duration of our stay. Everything went very smoothly; it was quick and easy to leave our luggage and just as easy to pick it up! Very efficient
