Amazing service super friendly staff. Very easy and practial

Bounce provides a great service to travelers. We had a late flight and had to check out of our hotel early. Bounce provided a luggage storage option prior to our departure.

It wasn't easy to find, being located on the fourth floor of a large shopping mall. I was able to find it with the help of a security guard inside the building. Initially, I was a bit confused because it was a pop-up store, but the friendly staff helped me check in my luggage and pick it up after my tour. It was a great experience, and I plan to visit again.

The mall is so large that finding a place wasn't easy. There's a storage area inside the PubUp store. There are guards stationed throughout, so asking is quick. The staff were friendly, and they even labeled my luggage with a number, took a photo, and uploaded it to the app. It was a great experience. I'd love to use it again.

Easy to find It's great to be able to leave our suitcases safely

The place is inside a club, Arturo Storehouse, which is open until late. The service is convenient, fast, and efficient. It's an excellent location for exploring Kuala Lumpur without worrying about your luggage.

All went perfect. We made a reservation online and everything took couple of minutes. Located in Pavilion Mall, 4th floor. Super nice

There's a bathroom right next to the store. That's important for foreigners, too.

Smooth and easy! Very convenient on the 4th floor but figuring out exactly where it is in the mall took a little while. Great service!

I recommend! We went to the Perenthian Islands, so to avoid lugging around our big suitcases we left them for the duration of our stay on the island, everything went really well, quick and easy to leave our luggage and the same to collect it! Very efficient

It is inside of Arthur’s Storehouse near Ippudo on level 4. Just go inside and tell the employee you have booked Bounce via the app, they will handle the luggage for you. If you are confused, just ask where is Ippudo. The Pavillion receptionist does not know Bounce.

The service is very good. Easy to book, easy drop off and pick up. App works. Would like them to allow you to see the exact locations before booking, my closest location was hard to get to and limited hours so used one close enough with better access. Will use again and do recommend.
