Very good service.

Directions were not very clear to the place. Also hard to locate hotel as there are no signage which indicate the word ‘chaos’ just a ‘CH’. Other than that, service was exellent and price is cheap hehe. Could do my shopping till I’m dripping with my luggage put away.

I left my luggage there for a week. Drop off and pick up was easy. Great location, well located in the heart of Bukit Bintang.

Good place to store your luggage.

Staff are good. They lock the suitcases or luggage with a metal zip wire padlock. Flexible too. Stored It for 5 days np issues.

Conveniet place for luggages storing

Very good, we were able to take a short two-day trip without having to drag large luggage. Our luggage was unscathed and we were even able to take a quick trip to add something to the luggage.

The security of the bags isn’t great as they’re just in the reception

Checking in and out our luggage was easy and Chaos Hotel was located in a very convenient location in Bukit Bintang.

Climbing stairs isn't great with suitcases otherwise everything is perfect

Please update the location on Google maps and also place a board somewhere on street. It took forever to find the location as the maps location was wrong

From booking online to leaving our bags and picking them up later, everything was so easy to organise. I was a bit scared when I arrived on the premise and saw the staircase, as I have 3 heavy luggages. But it was great that there was a sign that advised we could ask the staff to assist; and they handled my luggages with care. I’m also impressed that the hotel is locked and you need to ring the doorbell for a staff to let you in; giving security to the place that they know who is coming into the premise. Both times that I went to the hotel and rang the doorbell, a staff responded quickly and check your booking reference before allowing you to enter the storage.

why is your service so slow

Checkin and checkout process very easy. Very helpful when you early checkout but still have time to explore bukit bintang area. Great service.

Very friendly and they put our suitcase in a room

Staff were friendly, and bags were tagged. It is safe to leave the bags there as they do guard them in a separate space. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The storage service provided by this hotel is amazing! They helped carry our baggage and had a scale to weigh the bags which was very handy. The staff are also very trustworthy and helpful. I actually forgot my wallet at the hotel and only realized after I was halfway to the airport. They helped me arrange a grab express to pick up the wallet from hotel and drop it off to me in the airport. I definitely recommend booking this hotel for storage and will be back.
