I really liked the service here, but if you have another flight to catch, be careful and collect your luggage in advance. I actually missed my flight because of the heavy traffic around the area. We booked a Grab and thought we had enough time, but didn’t expect the holiday rush on a Saturday night in the middle of Kuala Lumpur. You know what i mean.

Extremely convenient. We had an early flight, our hotel’s check in was not until 3pm. I booked the slots online, but you could also walk-in subject to availability. The booking is automatically for 24 hours. I’d highly recommend to store your luggages here if your hotel is around bukit bintang area.
