Excellent service, simple, clear and friendly. In my case I would say a little expensive for 4 hours because I left the luggage at 12:30 Pm, but maybe if it's all day and they charge the same, there is a good cost-benefit ratio. I still recommend.

Helped to bring luggages down steps.

The staff were all very kind and helpful. The only thing I regret is that the entrance has stairs, so it's hard to carry heavy luggage. This time, the hotel staff helped me and I was able to carry it.

Location was easily accessible at bukit bintang. The staff was very helpful. Storage also seemed very secure. Only need a signage for declaring as bounce storage facility.

Bounce came up after I Googled for a luggage storage service after my Air B&B told me they do not allow any storage after check out . Was abit sceptical at first as the nearest location to me was a hotel but I paid the fees and tried my luck. Once I reached the hotel, the front desk was super helpful and the process was completed in less than 5 mins.Very good customer experience.

This was my first time using it, but it was convenient because it was close to where I was staying. There are stairs, but they helped me so it wasn't a problem. Payment is also easy and convenient.

There are some stairs to the front desk. It takes a little force to lift the suitcase. Staff very friendly. I was staying at a serviced apartment in Bellja Times Square, and since the hotel was located behind the hotel, I was able to get around on foot.
