  • Excellent service, simple, clear, and friendly. In my case, I'd say it was a bit pricey for 4 hours since I left my luggage at 12:30 PM, but perhaps if it's for the whole day and they charge the same, then it's a good value. I still recommend it.

  • The staff were all very kind and helpful. The only thing I regret is that the entrance has stairs, so it's hard to carry heavy luggage. This time, the hotel staff helped me and I was able to carry it.

  • Bounce came up after I Googled for a luggage storage service after my Air B&B told me they do not allow any storage after check out . Was abit sceptical at first as the nearest location to me was a hotel but I paid the fees and tried my luck. Once I reached the hotel, the front desk was super helpful and the process was completed in less than 5 mins.Very good customer experience.

  • This was my first time using it, but it was convenient because it was close to where I was staying. There were stairs, but they helped me with the stairs, so it wasn't a problem. Payment was easy and convenient.

  • There are a few stairs to the front desk, so it takes some strength to lift your suitcase. The staff were very friendly. I was staying at the Berja Times Square serviced apartment, but the hotel was behind it, so I was able to get there on foot.
