First time using the service. The server at the cafe went beyond the extra mile. He was extremely helpful, got the app downloaded for me and showed me how to use it! Service was prompt and efficient both at check-in and check out. Reasonably priced too!

I’ve used this Bounce location twice - once for a short stay and once for as long as three weeks - and both times were wonderful. I came back the second time because my first experience was so positive. The staff is incredibly friendly, warm, and always ready to help, which made me feel very welcome right away. I felt my luggage was safe and well looked after in a separate storage space, so I never had to worry. Plus, the location is also a great café, which makes dropping off and picking up luggage a really pleasant experience. I will definitely return!
