I needed a place to store my big suitcases while I awaited for the check-in when I switched hotels and this place right in the center and close to the train station was ideal while I could walk around Inverness. The clerk is very nice and patient despite my phone rebooted, then couldn't connect back to the internet 😅.

Perfect. It's centrally located, 2 minutes from the train station and close to everything. You have to book and pay online. Then it's just a matter of dropping off your luggage and picking it up.

Very easy - book online and take your bags to rhe location. They scan your QR code and take a picture of your bags and that’s it. The one we used was a cell phone shop that does bag storage for extra income.

Easy to organised, pay and turn up to leave bags. Retrieval was quick and easy too, especially with APP. Although IMO booking should stay open on the app until you have picked up your bags.
