Good service, polite staff. Online directions a little confusing. Easiest way to find this place is to look for McDonalds fast food. They are a few doors up the street from McDonalds, on the same side of the street. (towards M &S)

Left luggage here for a couple hours. Friendly staff, seamless drop off and pickup did not use luggage tags with the number stubs for pickup, but it seemed it was just our bags to look after so there wasn’t a need for confirmation.

Very convenient and quick drop-off and retrieval. Highly recommend. Very nice gentleman working the store.

Easy and convenient

It was a little tricky finding the location, but once inside the drop off and pick up was done quickly and efficiently. Would use this service again.

I arrived and asked the guy at the store if I could leave my bags. He told me that I had to do everything through the app. I did, but I was very tired and I would have appreciated it if he had taken care of it because nowadays you have to manage everything yourself.

Friendly and helpful staff. Was a bit hard to find because it’s in a phone shop! I asked at the Visit Scotland Shop where to go ☺️

Shop isn’t in the mall!!!! That’s the online minus for these, otherwise it was good. But the direction has to be better. It’s in the Eastgate street.
