This is such a nice service! Was able to drop off a backpack for a several hours while I wandered Portland. The app and check-in and check-out were so quick and efficient and the staff were friendly. This hostel also looks nice and welcoming.

Very seamless process. Was in and out. Pick up was just as easy. Loved it.

Drop off was easy and fast, the employees were nice and accepting.

Location was pretty convenient as it was only a block away from the venue (Roseland Theater). Process is super straightforward and signage at the bar was helpful. Staff walked me through the whole process as well.

Friendly but a little slow. When I arrived, the person at the desk didn't have the phone for Bounce. He gave me a number to call which I called four times with no answer. He was finally able to track the correct staff person down. Besides that it was smooth.

Staff was sooo cool. Location is easy to get to and in a good location to just walk around and enjoy the area. Definitely will return.

Bartender was quick to check my bag in. When I returned she quickly recognized me and promptly retrieved my bag. Friendly, and great location near light rail and Union Station.
