Staff is helpful. Everyone at the hostel has access to the storage area and go back and forth without seeing, but I would trust guests there. There is an camera at the room, so you might look, when something get lost, but it would be too late :)

Quick, easy to find and incredibly friendly staff who got me in and out with a smile and time to spare. Being on a time-crunch like I was I really appreciated how prompt the service was while remaining warm and neighborly.

I used to live near the hostel, so I know this to be a very safe and secure location to leave your bags. The staff was so friendly and helpful! Very grateful for the assist, and would definitely recommend to anyone needing a spot to leave their luggage.

Amazing service, fast and easy process

This was my first time using Bounce and my experience with the NW Portland International Hostel was stellar! They were so nice and so efficient—it made my day in Portland go so much smoother!

Easy and reliable storage

I’ll definitely be using this again. Easy and secure.

The place is good and very friendly. I would definitely use them again but probably for a smaller number of bags. We had 2 suitcases, one carry-on one small bag with toys and one beach bag. For all of that we paid $30+ USD ($44 CAD) better than walking the city with your luggage, but I wish it would be a group deal which would allow us to save

It was a fast check in. They stored the luggage in the basement securely.

Worked great! Just keep your tags and QR code and all your stuff should be safe and sound until you come back and get it. Cheaper than the Providence Park lockers you need to use due to the new clear bag restrictions to the venue, and only about a 5 minute walk away from the park. We had to run back and check more things because the Providence Park locker app was massively failing and wouldn't work for several people trying to get one of many available lockers. I should have just checked everything with Bounce at this location from the start.
