Great service, super convenient and great location

Having never used Bounce previously , Louis made it really simple. Accepting seven bags without batting an eye lid. He even gave us his personal mobile as we weren’t restringing until 22:00. He opened up his little coffee shop specially for us !! What a lovely guy.

They were so kind! They waited for us while we finished our grocery shopping, highly recommended!! Their pizzas were delicious, and so was the hot dog.

Location was great - as it was 5 minutes walk from the AirBNB apartment we had to check out. The staff was unaware of this arrangment and initially refused to accept it while the owner is not there, We go anxios as out pre-ordered Uber ride was ordered for 11:15 . 5 minutes later the emplyee soften a bit and was willing to accept the luggage It was easy and quick to pickup

Very easy to store our bags here while we explored NJ before our flight. The process of only having to scan the QR code was nice. We were also able to extend our booking time by 30min in the app which was helpful

I was storing a cooler, so the storage room of a grocery store was no issue. I understand people's comments about their luggage being stored there. Not an unclean space, but definitely used for food & beverage storage. Perfect for my use. Cooler contents were still cold four days later. I would use again, even for luggage.
