Staff is extremely concerned abt Safty in positive ways. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. I had a tricky situation as I had to leave my Backpack in the city which wasn't possible in the Train Station coz of late opening in the morning. Hostel Ostello Bella made everything possible to make my day smooth and happy and feeling so much confident. I would like to speak out an extra mile "thankful" to the nice charming Filipino Lady at the desk and the Nightshift staff who have been marvelous helpful after our Bruce Springsteen Concert in Milano. Italia you are the BEST. Mille Grazie =:)

This is obviously as side business so they took care of customers first as this is in a tobacco/smoking store. Directions on the app should be more specific because we went to the hotel first. This is close to the train station and the line for the baggage hold in the station was crazy long.

It was very hectically. They nearly gave me time and opportunity to change clothing which I wanted to store in my bag. (Though I did not intent to use the toilette: „If you want to use the loo you have to consume something!“) Finally it went okay, and baggage was in good hands for the day. So: four stars.

The storage is in an underground parking. It’s not signposted so it was difficult to find. Even security guys from the building on the other side of the street didn’t know this place existed. When we found it, the luggage was just put in a corner and tagged - there is no special room or locker. I was a little worried but we had no valuables so we just left our suitcases and went sightseeing. We picked our stuff up in the evening - everything was Ok! I guess it works fine, however it doesn’t look very professional.

If I could have given 6 stars I would have! We only booked in for dropping bags off for a few hours but the amazing staff ended up helping us out after an airport taxi pickup got cancelled so really appreciated the extra effort. Thanks guys and best wishes
