Great luggage storage. The staff speaks good English. Luggage is stored in a small office in the parking lot, which might seem a bit intimidating at first, but that's a false impression. I left my luggage there for the entire day and it was safe and sound, and there were no problems with both dropping it off and picking it up.

Drop-off and pick-up were very easy. The parking’s staff helped us check in our baggage and provided useful information about how everything works. The location is easy to find, as it is a parking facility near the west exit of the train station. It is also close to taxi, tram, and metro stations. Overall, as it was our first time using luggage storage, the experience was simple and easy to understand.

I recommend it to everyone!

A small place near the busses and trams leaving point and Milan Centrale so very convenient. just go down the car ramp and its there at the bottom and the staff speak English which is helpful.
