It is close to Milan Central Station. The staff were very friendly, and our bags were stored in a secure, locked place.

Good location because it's close to the central station and very easy to drop off and pick up things.

We booked it the day before and everything went perfectly. We left our backpacks in the morning and picked them up in the evening before heading to Bergamo. The best part is that there are people working there; it's not just a locker. So if anything happens, they can help you.

Super convenient, it's really only 3 minutes from Milan Central Station. It's in the hotel's basement parking lot, opposite the tram crossing. The sign isn't very big, but thankfully there is one, so you'll see it as soon as you walk down. No need to make a reservation in advance, just scan the code to pay when you arrive. It's so much cheaper than inside the station.
