Friendly staff! Easy check-in and check-out process. About a 2-3 minute walk from Milano Centrale. All you do is reserve your spot, present the QR code, take a photo of your luggage and they’ll have you drop off your bag. Afterwards when you’re ready to check-out you come back, show your QR-Code and they’ll ask you to show that photo you took of your luggage and help you retrieve it! And that’s it! Book in advance because they do run out of storage space the later it gets in the day. Would totally rent from the again! ❤️

You could book and pay quickly online, and drop off your luggage on site was smooth. There was an option to eat breakfast on site, which cost 8.90, and coffee was free.

This is the first time I used Bounce. The drop off process was very easy. I just showed the QR code, and took the picture of the bags. I was surprised that the storage facility does not tag or apply any label to indicate who the owner is, and relies on the person picking the bags to. identify which bags are his. There are so many bags in the storage and many of them looks the same.

It easy to get. It’s close to one of Metro Station and central Milan. The man who assisted us was friendly and welcoming. Thanks
