Great experience. Located in a small coffee shop aboyt a min walk from train station. Drop off took less than 5 mins and I had 6 bag to tag. Pick up was fast and easy. Even though worker remembered me, he stull wouldnt allow me to take my bags eithout showing my QR code, I appreciated that level of security. Definitely recommend

I went to Milano for the design week and the whole city was fully booked on every field and in every regard so Bounce made my days very easy. Milano Centrale Via Roberto Lepetit proximity to the major transportation hub in the city center made the drop off and pick up handy too. People were told that luggage storage capacity is full and they cannot possibly put theirs anywhere. It was no joke. Took me and the staff to a minute to notice my luggage one time when I was looking for for picking it up. It was found shortly standing safe and sound among many. It is kind of essential but at least very much recommended with all my heart to use this service - especially if someone goes to visit a city on a massively popular week. You can explore what the city has to offer without a worry knowing your belongings are safe while you stride unburdened. It gives elated peace of mind. The people at the operating hostel were super friendly. I wouldn't any of this any other way. Thank You and bless You!

My experience with this service is a whole other story. I was in a hurry, asked the staff for help, and they helped me figure it out. And when I was running late picking up my left luggage, I contacted the staff, and they were incredibly helpful again.

A good and safe place to store suitcases

Check in was easy. Staff was very helpful. They have a separate locker room for smaller luggage. The larger suitcases were stored in another secured room. Collecting was easy and quick. Very convenient to Milan central station.

I definitely recommend it. It's close to the train station, so it's a perfect place to collect your luggage and go to the platform. You leave your luggage at the hostel reception, so it's a reliable place. You can only pick up your luggage by showing a photo of the bag you left behind, so after my first time, I'll definitely use it again! ❤️

It's great. It's very close to Milan Cathedral, so it was very convenient for me to pick up whatever I needed that day. The only downside is that the location might be a little hard to find, but it's not too difficult; it's inside a parking lot. The Google Maps location is actually a bit wrong; it navigates to the front, but it's on the back. The staff were very friendly and proactively helped me with my package, which was excellent.

I found the place through an app for storing backpacks or suitcases on your trip and the truth is that it was very clean, the food and the price were very good and the service was excellent.
