A highly recommended place to leave your luggage/backpacks, quite close to Milan Central Station. I think it's a good price for a place to stay and explore at your leisure. They ask you to take a photo of your belongings after you leave them. Then you show the photo along with your reservation and pick them up without any problem. Very quick and easy to use and book. I'll definitely keep it in mind for another time.

Booked in advance through the Bounce app, selected how many bags to store, and paid online. When I arrived, I just showed the QR code, dropped off my bags, and later picked them up after they carefully checked the code and confirmed my belongings. The staff were very friendly, and I really liked how quick and efficient the whole process was! The location is super convenient, close to Milano Centrale station and the bus stops for Bergamo and Linate airports.

It was a fantastic find for leaving my luggage today until my bus departs for Bergamo Airport. It's literally a 3-minute walk from the bus stop (flibco.com), which is right in front of the Anderson Hotel, so the location of this luggage storage place is perfect. It's all outside the Metro station and on the left side of Centrale FS, facing the square as you exit the subway. The place is exactly as it appears in the photos they advertise. They have a bar and offer a discount on the service. The staff is very friendly, and the process of dropping off and retrieving your luggage is quick and easy. You just need to show the QR code you receive by email after booking the luggage storage on the online platform. I had to modify my booking to change the pick-up time, and that was also very simple. You receive a confirmation email for the change. When I return to Milan, which is in my future plans, I will definitely use this service again. Thank you

I used the machine inside the hotel, and the guy was very helpful. You take a picture of your backpack so they can verify you get the correct one back. A good idea for added security. The price was reasonable. It's a 3-minute walk from the train station and the bus stop for Bergamo Airport.

The staff were friendly and let you take a photo of your suitcase to confirm upon your return that it's yours, so there's no misunderstanding. They let us use the common area, which also has a small bar. Thank you.
