Good location to hang out when u pick the luggage

I had no trouble dropping off and picking up my luggage; everything was very quick and convenient, considering it's just a few minutes from Central Station. Highly recommended.

First-time Bounce user here. This was exactly the service I expected and needed! You go in, wait your turn if there are other customers in store, and then simply show the QR code to the staff. They take your bag, and when you're ready to pick it up you just show the QR code again. Incredibly quick and easy, and the few words that were exchanged were friendly.

Felt safe and serious! Liked the photo that was sent shortly after we ”checked in” our luggage!

It's conveniently located near the station. I was able to drop off my luggage right away upon arrival, and I was able to pick it up quickly as well.

Great luggage storage. The staff speaks good English. Luggage is stored in a small office in the parking lot, which might seem a bit intimidating at first, but that's a false impression. I left my luggage there for the entire day and it was safe and sound, and there were no problems with both dropping it off and picking it up.

Good location just 2 min walk from front of main station. Bit worried that bags were just left in the coffee shop and not locked away or put out of sight but all good.
