The service was very friendly. Although it's a small tobacco shop, the owner personally carried each piece of luggage—after closing the outer door—down into a secure, gated basement. The owner's English isn't perfectly fluent, but communication was smooth. I was able to reorganize my luggage a bit after asking for permission, and I never felt rushed; it was a great experience. I recommend this luggage storage spot to any traveler visiting Milan. I stored two 28-inch suitcases, two full-size duffel bags, and one 30-liter camera bag.

The lines at Keypoint are really long and expensive, but it was much better because it is located close to Milan Central Station. I went without a reservation, but they accept you right away if you book via Google upon arrival. It was super convenient because it is also close to the airport bus stop! I think I would use it again if I went back.
