The owner was really kind and the system is also nice.I just hope if it were a bit cheaper.

Location was a 5 min walk outside the Central Station, just around the corner from the taxi stand. Simple to drop off and stored in a locked room. Staff were very nice.

Great location with friendly, helpful staff. When I arrived to store my luggage, I was initially told they were full, but once I mentioned I had a reservation, they accommodated me without issue. I recommend booking online in advance to secure your spot. The staff advised me to take a photo of my bags before storage to show at pickup, which was helpful. One suggestion: providing a receipt for checked baggage would further improve the service. When you enter, go left to the front desk to check in with staff and have your bags stored.

Easy to book online, relatively quick check-in. However the check out was slow and I did not like that the storage area is not secure/closed, anyone can walk in (as I did, to collect my bags since service was so slow and I had a train to catch).

Staff OK but the bags are stored in a corner of the cafe with people sitting around them. Not sure of the security of small bags and backpacks
