Booked in advance through the Bounce app, selected how many bags to store, and paid online. When I arrived, I just showed the QR code, dropped off my bags, and later picked them up after they carefully checked the code and confirmed my belongings. The staff were very friendly, and I really liked how quick and efficient the whole process was! The location is super convenient, close to Milano Centrale station and the bus stops for Bergamo and Linate airports.

We left a large suitcase for three days for a trip to Switzerland and everything was excellent. You leave your luggage at the parking office, but they clearly take very good care of it. They are a little guarded, but it's appreciated.
