The gentleman was very nice and helpful. First time to Milan and storing our luggage. We were happy to return and find everything as we left. We would highly recommend this place.

It is actually a convenience store and they store suitcases in a warehouse, they are not lockers. The staff speaks Italian, a little English and Arabic which makes communication a bit difficult for other languages. The location is very easy to find. A lot of honesty and care in attention.
