The process of using the app was very easy and good experience. The place we left our luggage was a bar and was a little sceptical of their security but everything turned out great with no issues.

Lockers hard to find

Thank you, it was very good, but I couldn’t find the locker. It’s better to add instructions.

Once we figured out the App all was great - seamless and convenient. In the Cardona Train station through the ticket counter - extremely safe. Just make sure the access time fits your travel needs.

The experience of opening the locker and closing was very straightforward. As other people have commented, the lockers are in the trenord ticket office and there is signage clearly pointing toward them. The only issue was that the first locker we were assigned was too small (only fit two carry on suitcases), and then upon getting a second locker just for backpacks we were given a large locker that would have fit all of our bags. Not sure why this was the case, as we asked for a large locker for our initial reservation.

Automatic service, everything easy, even the first time.

the service was incredible, I left my bag for 19 days and was intact, not even a scratch. the drop off and pick up was very efficient, they treated me very kindly and I even bought a gelato when picking my bag up. couldn’t recommend it enough!!
