Once we figured out the App all was great - seamless and convenient. In the Cardona Train station through the ticket counter - extremely safe. Just make sure the access time fits your travel needs.

The experience of opening the locker and closing was very straightforward. As other people have commented, the lockers are in the trenord ticket office and there is signage clearly pointing toward them. The only issue was that the first locker we were assigned was too small (only fit two carry on suitcases), and then upon getting a second locker just for backpacks we were given a large locker that would have fit all of our bags. Not sure why this was the case, as we asked for a large locker for our initial reservation.

Access was super easy and quick; I'd thought we'd need more space, but in the end, one large locker was enough for two backpacks and a carry-on suitcase. It took us longer to find the space than to actually put our things in. The suitcases were secure, and retrieving them was just as easy.

If it weren't for the search for the boxes, the whole process would be great. I suggest adding the information that you need to enter Treinord and that the boxes are located to the left of the entrance. Overall, I highly recommend it.

Depositing and collecting tickets is very easy. However, the lockers are difficult to find. You have to go into the Trenord ticket office in Cardona station.
