Convenient location 7 minutes walk from Garibaldi station. The gentleman who manages the reception is very nice.

The down slope is hard to navigate with a wheeled bag.

The place was actually relatively easy to find. You just have to know that it's in a parking garage. People here don't really speak English, which is why some people write in the reviews that they are rude. But they're actually really nice :) Everything worked well and it's not far from Garibaldi train station. I just had to wait a little longer each time until someone came, hence the deduction of one star.

In a safe location at a busy parking garage. The gentleman was courteous and stored our bags in their office area under a set of stairs. Received a claim tag. Bags were as we left them and a quick pick up. Grazie!

It is in a parking lot and is not easy to find. They are very friendly and have organized the reception and dispatch of luggage.

Everything was fine, the objects were as we left them, only the man was a little impatient and had no control over the reservations in the application, we had to show everything ourselves

The luggage handling and return were quick. Very well located near Garibaldi station (10 minutes). However, the price was a bit high, around €12 for two bags for 6 hours.

Fast, easy, and friendly staff.

Pretty easy to spot even though you don't really see a Bounce sign/poster around the location. Convenient drop-off + pickup, luggage was stored safely:)

Fantastic! The service is excellent, very helpful! The guys at the bar are very nice and reliable.

They are just so friendly. I'm not sure if the price is cheap but we paid euro 6 for each luggage bag.

The bar staff were very friendly and immediately available. We didn't have to wait to drop off or pick up and everything went super quickly.

The folks who run this little cafe were wonderful. They were friendly and very helpful. We left our luggage there for several hours and when we picked it up, they were right there to retrieve it for us.
