Pretty easy to spot even though you don't really see a Bounce sign/poster around the location. Convenient drop-off + pickup, luggage was stored safely:)

Very easy and convenient to Garibaldi statzione

Very convenient location if you take the train from Milan Porta Garibaldi. The guys at the bar were very kind and quick both at check-in to leave our luggage and at check-out.

I left my suitcase and they not only took care of it, but also of me. I forgot my cell phone and with great honesty and kindness, they kept it for me until I returned. Eternally grateful to Davide for his warmth and to all his colleagues for being so professional with a big smile. A service that goes beyond simple luggage storage. They take care of it with their hearts. Thanks a million,♥️

The luggage handling and return were quick. Very well located near Garibaldi station (10 minutes). However, the price was a bit high, around €12 for two bags for 6 hours.

No problem with the service, a sign to say it is a luggage holding venue would be good. And a receipt that they have your bags.

The pictures I found online were incorrect, so I searched for a long time without success. I eventually had to visit several stores to check and confirm. The staff were friendly, but I needed to pick up my luggage before 17:30. Fortunately, the price was cheaper than the lockers at the train station.

Good service, fairly close the Garibaldi station. A little difficult to find - it is not inside the garage as indicated by the business on Google Maps, but in the store nextdoor. Luckily, I ran into a kind woman in the garage who realized why I looked confused and led me in the right direction. I also didn't know you HAVE to make a reservation ahead of time, but I just did it on their website on the spot. And you DON'T have to download their app to do that. (Sorry - I am really over having t download an app for every single thing I do in life.). It's nice that they accept payment by PayPal.
