Easy to find as signposted above the door and following the directions made it easy once in the building. The lifts are quite small but there are 2 available, so easy to drop off and pick up so we could explore without bags once checked out of our accommodation.

Pretty good. They didn’t check us out properly so I’ve been receiving emails from Bounce every 10 minutes despite us collecting our luggage almost 4 hours ago.

The directions were good. When we arrived, we were simply pointed to the elevator and told to go to the first floor. The elevator is very questionable; it can barely fit two people with suitcases. There are no signs or directions, which makes you feel quite uncertain. As soon as the elevator doors open, you're standing in front of the hotel reception. When we went to collect our luggage, we had to give our assigned number and were escorted to the storage room where the suitcases were kept. The staff was very friendly.

A convenient luggage storage location near the Duomo and within walking distance of the red and yellow metro lines. Take the elevator to the 1st floor of the aparthotel and drop off your luggage there.

The storefront doesn't look like a locker and doesn't really indicate the presence of one. The woman who greeted us was friendly and efficient. We hadn't booked in advance, and there were no problems. I left a backpack, and the price was €5.

I booked it my bag stay 1 week earlier for 8 bags. Then we added 2 more when we got there. No issues. They were able to accommodate all the bags. Drop off was easy and pick was easy. The staff was friendly.
