The drop-off point is a restaurant, and there's a designated entrance specifically for drop-offs (marked with a small Bouce flag). The staff there are friendly, and everything went smoothly.

  • It will be easier to find if you look at the photos of the place the owner has posted. We were looking for the Bounce sign and walked right past it without seeing it. Leaving and picking up your luggage/backpacks, which they store in a room, is very easy.

Fatima helped us both on arrival and pick-up and was incredibly friendly and helpful. She gave us a small card with a number to keep track of our belongings, took photos of our backpacks, and all of this gave me a lot of peace of mind. I highly recommend this place, especially because of the ease of booking and the friendliness of the staff.

  • Such an easy experience. It might be a little tricky to find but we were staying right next to the cafe. Look for the blue Bounce flag above the door. They take your bag and give you a ticket. Easy and I will definitely use them again
