Excellent service which included recommended of a good ice cream shop

Location was excellent, and the drop-off and pick-up process was quick and easy. There are two elevators, which made it simple to take bags upstairs to the drop-off area.

Excellent and straightforward luggage storage. The staff were very friendly and helpful. You simply take the elevator to the first floor, where the QR code is scanned and each piece of luggage receives its own number. Pickup was also super quick and easy. The central location directly in a hotel is also very convenient. Overall, a very simple and pleasant service – we would definitely use it again!

Location close to the metro station, central and safe…

Excellent! It's located in a hotel called Innmilan, very close to the San Babilia metro station and right next to the Duomo. The receptionist was lovely. Ideal for leaving your luggage and exploring the city center if your flight departs from Linote.

Easy to find as signposted above the door and following the directions made it easy once in the building. The lifts are quite small but there are 2 available, so easy to drop off and pick up so we could explore without bags once checked out of our accommodation.

A convenient luggage storage location near the Duomo and within walking distance of the red and yellow metro lines. Take the elevator to the 1st floor of the aparthotel and drop off your luggage there.

I had a smooth experience using Bounce for luggage storage. The communication with the staff was clear and friendly from the moment I arrived. They explained the process properly and were quick to assist with any questions. The drop-off and pick-up process was simple, fast, and well-organized. Checking in took only a few minutes, and collecting my bags later was just as easy. The location felt secure, and the overall experience was convenient and stress-free. I’d definitely use Bounce again for short-term luggage storage while traveling.

As others have said it is a bit hard to find (definitely easier by transit) but the team at the hotel were fantastic. The process was easy and great for the price.

The baggage drop-off process was very smooth and well organized. The staff were friendly and helpful, making everything quick and hassle-free. There was no waiting time at all, and everything moved efficiently. The signage was clear, so it was easy to find the right place. Overall, a very pleasant experience – happy to use it again!

Good instructions and easy drop and pick up in central location. Email to remind you of pick up was very practical.

A bit tricky to find, and the elevator is touchy. But otherwise, no issues.
