  • I was able to drop off and pick up my belongings without any major issues. They verify that you have your reservation when you drop off and pick up your luggage. The location is a short walk from Piazza Duomo, near a metro station that connects to Milano Centrale. Note: To make the process as quick as possible, arrive with your luggage ready to drop off (they won't let you take anything out there). Additionally, they don't accept jackets or coats outside of your suitcases/bags.
