First time using the Bounce app. It is very intuitive and provided accurate directions for me. The chap was very helpful and friendly. Handover took 2 mins and I was given a fob to bring back at collection. Similar experience when picking up. Handed over the fob and case was brought to me very quickly. Can't fault it at all
