Well situated, the staff are kind. They put all the luggages downstairs and its pretty straight, so be careful if you have heavy luggages overwise all went well. I recommend

Easy to find, helpful staff. We had two bags, one of them was heavy. Staff took them down to the storage area and on collection brought them up. It's also a cafe and the iced latte was good.

Our first experience with Bounce luggage was great. Very simple process of dropping off our bags. Shop is located just 4 minutes from Duomo so very convenient. Pricing is not too bad either. Will definitely use again when in Milan!

Our first experience with Bounce was a good one. The Bounce location was right next to the place we were renting. The people in the café were both helpful in explaining how it all works, and to some extent in helping carry the luggage back up the stairs. The only downside to this location was that the storage room was down some narrow stairs. We got some help from the staff on the way back up, and I am sure they would have helped more if we had asked them to. And the storage room is locked, which gave us an extra sense of security. So I would definitely use this location again and will look for bounce locations in future travels.
