First-time Bounce user here. This was exactly the service I expected and needed! You go in, wait your turn if there are other customers in store, and then simply show the QR code to the staff. They take your bag, and when you're ready to pick it up you just show the QR code again. Incredibly quick and easy, and the few words that were exchanged were friendly.

Felt safe and serious! Liked the photo that was sent shortly after we ”checked in” our luggage!

It's conveniently located near the station. I was able to drop off my luggage right away upon arrival, and I was able to pick it up quickly as well.

We found the partner store very easily!! Fast delivery..you make the reservation online, you pay and you get a QRcode. The store is next to the metro in milano centrale. We left our suitcase from morning until afternoon at 19.00 and enjoyed the day in peace!! Tip1. Always check the opening and closing time of each partner store, to match the delivery and collection times. Tip2. Always screenshot the QRcode because it is lost later and is necessary for delivery.

The app was easy to use and the place had a visible sign out front which helped is identify the store. Drop off and pick up simple, just show QR code and bags were safely stored. Store owner spoke English which was helpful too.
