Had a great experience here. The guy was nice, spoke English fluently, and was really strong! He carried my two heavy bags up and down without mising a beat! I like that my bags were kept in a secure location downstairs, and he sent me a photo of them as soon as they were stored. I was a little nervous because I missedmy earlier train and arrived at 7:50 PM, and I know they close at 8 PM, but it was no problem at all. He doesn't close early and I had a great experience. Thank you!

The attendant was very helpful and assisted us with everything. We were also about 10 minutes late picking up our luggage, but he was super understanding and relaxed about it. We even had to come back later to pick up some medicine that was left in the luggage, and he was very helpful and accommodating again. Great service!

The location was close to the station, we were t expecting a shop so had to check the map twice. Drop off and pick up were super easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The cost was a little more than expected but the convenience of leaving luggage in Milan whilst we spent a couple of days in Bellagio was fab

Young, professional, and with a calm, friendly attitude that keeps the atmosphere healthy (especially mentally) in a shop like this. The unique approach is superbly developed in terms of visual merchandising and product selection. Whether it's the young men or the uniquely beautiful lady who takes care of the customer, from the pack of rolling papers to the most expensive bong, the level of customer care remains unchanged. I'm happy to emphasize this, having been a retailer for years, and unfortunately witnessed the increasingly steep decline in the level of preparation and friendliness of Italian salespeople. First-time Bounce user here. This was exactly the service I expected and needed! You go in, wait your turn if there are other customers in store, and then simply show the QR code to the staff. They take your bag, and when you're ready to pick it up you just show the QR code again. Incredibly quick and easy, and the few words that were exchanged were friendly.

Felt safe and serious! Liked the photo that was sent shortly after we ”checked in” our luggage!

It's conveniently located near the station. I was able to drop off my luggage right away upon arrival, and I was able to pick it up quickly as well.
