What a brilliant idea! I’ve never used Bounce before but I will definitely use again. This place is a brilliant location, 2 minutes outside Milan Centrale. Super easy service to use, very cheap and the guy was really nice in the shop. I don’t know what I would have done with a massive suitcase until my check-in time. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience here. The guy was nice, spoke English fluently, and was really strong! He carried my two heavy bags up and down without mising a beat! I like that my bags were kept in a secure location downstairs, and he sent me a photo of them as soon as they were stored. I was a little nervous because I missedmy earlier train and arrived at 7:50 PM, and I know they close at 8 PM, but it was no problem at all. He doesn't close early and I had a great experience. Thank you!

The attendant was very helpful and assisted us with everything. We were also about 10 minutes late picking up our luggage, but he was super understanding and relaxed about it. We even had to come back later to pick up some medicine that was left in the luggage, and he was very helpful and accommodating again. Great service!
