Only issue was bags were right at the front when we came to pick up but there was a cashier right next to them. Overall convenient location and friendly staff

The place is easy to find, just across the road from Bath station, so very convenient. Luggage isn't stored in a room, but remains right there near the counter.

Overall the experience was ok. Person who helped us was courteous and efficient. Location is super convenient and clean. Only reason I withheld a star is when we arrived our bags were next to the counter, unattended, in an empty café. The attendant arrived after a couple of minutes of waiting and speaking loudly, but we could have easily walked away with the bags before he returned. I probably woukd use them again, but it wasn't a perfect experience.
