Five stars across the board. I used this luggage drop four different times, and every experience was excellent. The staff were consistently friendly, kind, and welcoming, and they made the whole process quick and stress-free each time. My bags were stored safely and securely, and I never had a single issue—everything was exactly as I left it. What really set this location apart was reliability. The staff were always present during the posted hours, which unfortunately wasn’t my experience with other storage spots around Italy. In a few cases elsewhere, locations weren’t even working with the Bounce app anymore, and I had to rebook a new drop-off and walk in the rain. That never happened here—this place was dependable every single time, which made a huge difference while traveling. As an added bonus, the drop-off location is also an impressive gym—clean, professional, and genuinely awesome to see. Overall: safe storage, great service, and a location that feels trustworthy. I would absolutely use this spot again and recommend it to anyone who wants a smooth, reliable luggage storage experience.

Drop off and pick up went perfectly, nice staff, easy communication with them. Bonus: excellent pastries and coffee, so while booking in the morning, why not sit down and enjoy some food there.

We had a great experience with this locker. The owner is very kind, and even if you arrive a few minutes late, he doesn't say anything or cause any problems. The shop owner is very kind and friendly! The location is strategic, as it's not exactly steps from Piazza Maggiore. I recommend it to everyone.

Luggage storage is at a hotel behind the station, convenient and quick. You can book and pay online, but it takes 2 minutes. The hotel staff was very friendly, but, as I'd read in other reviews, leaving luggage in an unmarked room isn't exactly safe. We didn't have any problems, but a few more precautions would be nice.

Overall the service is good, however as I have cancelled one service I was not refunded.

I left my heavy luggage behind to take public transportation to a hospital far from the station. It's definitely a great way to visit Bologna without carrying bulky luggage.

Great place to store luggage, but a bit unsafe. I had a very good experience and the staff was very kind. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend it because you put your luggage in a room next to the reception where anyone in the hotel can enter and they dont label or check luggage so it can happen that someone takes your luggage accidentally. I wish they had a better system going on.
