Simply great..

The luggage storage is inside the Astoria Hotel, just ask at the reception. They were friendly and they are open longer than the other Bounce locations in Bologna. So all in all great.

Great to be able to leave your suitcase and be able to visit

The luggage was deposited in a separate room behind the reception so it was safe, but the only thing I didn't like was that they didn't check if you took the right bag so I guess anybody could have taken anything.

Helpful staff, limited English spoken. We were advised to download bounce app and booking was easy.

It would be nice if they had the suitcases locked! That's the only thing to improve, otherwise everything was fine! My luggage was very safe though.

We have left our suitcases after booking online, what is very striking is that they do not verify anything at all, neither when leaving them nor when picking them up. Luckily ours were intact.

Greater baggage control

Smooth drop off and pick up, friendly staff. The room is reasonably secure but nothing is checked on pickup.
