Store was easy to find and staff were friendly. The service was good and no issues occured but it would be better if the door to the storage area was locked.

As we arrived the clerk in the lobby said the bag room was full and instructed me to leave my three bags in a corner of the lobby. When paying for a bag service you expect the bag to be out of reach from just anyone walking by. Not so. The bags were thankfully in the right place when we came back but I was worried the whole day.

The person at the desk told us to leave our 5 luggage somewhere outside of his line of sight in an open space. We noticed he let others leave theirs in a smaller room that actually has a door, maybe ours were too many. I asked him if he was going to take a picture of our luggage or give us some sort of a tag, he said no need. We did not feel good at the time but all was good when we collected our luggage after about 5 hours later.
