Really easy and straight forward, both the drop off and the pick up. Opposite train station so convienent for getting train to airport. Would recommend.

Online app very easy to use, excellent location near to the Marconi express rail station. Could have done with a better displayed sign outside the shop.

Excellent location opposite an entrance to the train station. Staff are busy and we had to wait for someone to come in for us to be able to collect our bags - luckily we weren’t in a rush but it would have been very frustrating if we had been. Staff friendly and kind - offered us a coffee/ water while waiting. Bags kept locked away so very secure / would definitely recommend

Short walk from the train station to the hotel where we were greeted by a friendly front desk attendant. The drop off was smooth and accommodating. Would highly recommend this location as there was no issues trying to fit our luggage into a tight fitting locker. Also appreciate the use of the toilet. Great Job Bounce
