Very flexible and responsive

Very easy drop-off and pick-up. They store luggage in a back room so I did not get the impression that luggage sizes are an issue. Good for people travelling with high speed trains as the business is located at the back of the station, close to the stairs that take you to the levels below where high speed trains stop.

drop off was so easy! we had delays in our trains for pickup that ran over the closing time of the shop, but shop owners made sure we got our bags so we could make our flight out in time. Highly recommend!!

Everything worked fine🤩

Not far from the train station, bags were locked in a separate room and marked with a number, which we were then given. You could only get your backpacks back with that number. We were also allowed to use the restroom. ☺️

Although it was at the front desk of a small hotel, they kindly explained the procedure for using the app for the first time, and I was able to use it smoothly.

This hotel is a few blocks from the station. Easy drop off and pickup. They also called a taxi for me when I was leaving. No issues, worked as advertised.

The experience was truly excellent, and when I'm in Bologna again, I'll definitely be back! They were very kind, fast, and efficient, and they even let them have exclusive access to the storage room (which isn't a given). A total of 10 out of 10, highly recommended... and the breakfast is excellent!

Staff were super friendly and helpful! They made the drop off and pick up at Caffè and Tortellini easy and stress free! Definitely recommend!
