The shop owner and his son were very kind and, above all, helpful. They recommended several public transportation options (taxi, bus) for me and my family, and wished us all a wonderful time together exploring the city. I highly recommend them!

They were a bit disorganized, they didn't know what to do either for picking up or dropping off the luggage. However, the place is next to the bus station and is open late.

It's a hair salon. We left our luggage there for three hours, and they left it there in the shop, next to their customers who were waiting their turn. They didn't bring them inside. Regardless, everything was quick, and they were friendly.

Everything is perfect apart from being a little bit hard to work out where I had to go. Once I found Bitter (cafe/bistro) I saw the QR code outside and it was super easy. Also, it's worth staying for drinks/something to eat!

The lady who greeted us was extremely helpful. She was friendly, and provided good service. She even allowed me to keep an additional bag with her free of charge. She was efficient and quick. When I was late to drop off she messaged me to see if I am ok and to provide directions. Highly recommend .

The Fruit Juice & More, a place where you can not only have a coffee, fresh fruit and vegetable juice or a smoothie, but also a place where you can leave your luggage when you want to explore Tirana for a few hours. It is also a place where you will meet true Albanian hospitality. Raimonda, who is the owner and manager of this place, welcomes everyone with joy and a smile. You can easily communicate here in English and Italian. When I was looking for a place where I could leave my backpack and explore the city, I trusted the opinions of other tourists about this place and I was not disappointed.
